Land of Tempest

Capital Cities are designed before the server officially starts. There are currently 6 capital cities in the Land of Tempest. Capital Cities are the place that have marketplaces, Inns, and Banks. They have their own rules. Capital Cities also have certain Items and Dinos that can be obtained within each.
